Investigators are now able to use Case Management as a true investigative tool that keeps their files, pictures, notes and leads private from those not assigned to the case. Each case is created by linking one or more incidents and pulling information from those linked files to instantly provide investigators with all collected data pertaining to their assignment.

Management Tools

Managers can easily assign and monitor all department cases on a single screen. Using customizable tools, managers have the ability to search cases with a variety of filters including assigned to, date range and even keywords.
